HTA operational data

Today we are publishing our latest operational data.  This is retrospective data about our licensing activity, inspections, enquiries, and incidents reported to us.  We are also publishing data about reports made to us under the Human Tissue Act 2004 (Supply of Information about Transplants) Regulations 2024.

Our approach to regulation continues to evolve with this month’s introduction of a new system for reporting any incidents occurring in the anatomy sector.
