Accredited Assessors submit their reports using the HTA’s online submission system. This is a secure system which is data protected.
The Portal can be accessed through the link on the top right of this page.
If the portal is unavailable, please use the AA Contingency Report template to submit your report directly to transplants@hta.gov.uk.
