Who are we?
As the first point of contact for all visitors and people contacting the HTA, you will greet and collect visitors from reception. You will also be the main point of contact for dealing with external calls; answering enquiries wherever possible, and forwarding calls to the appropriate team.
You will also manage our core administration activities in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring that our daily office administration needs are met and that support is provided across the organisation.
A clear, confident and concise communication style with the ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels. This will be essential to your success in this position, while your exceptional organisation skills will allow you to prioritise competing demands.
You will need to be competent using PC packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as in using the internet. Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management system is desirable.
