|Annual leave||32.5 days of annual leave per year. Plus the option to buy or sell holiday days at the beginning and mid-point of the annual leave year.|
|Pension||Our pension provider is NHS Pensions. It is a long-term tax efficient savings plan to produce monthly income for life at retirement or a cash lump sum and reduced monthly income for life at retirement.|
|Learning and Development Framework||
A comprehensive and flexible learning and development framework which allows staff to participate in all types of training, such as soft skills and specialist technical courses.
|Employee Assistant Programme||A 24-hour telephone and online service for specialist advice and counselling services. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.|
|Season Ticket Loan||An interest-free season ticket loan to save money on your annual travel costs.|
|Gym Membership/ Health Initiative||The HTA will subsidise your gym membership or other exercise costs (e.g. entering a marathon, hiring a tennis court, engaging a personal trainer etc.) by up to 40% per month to a maximum of £20.|
|Eye Test||A free eye test up to the value of £10 within every 12-month period. Plus if you require spectacles for computer use the HTA will contribute up to £50 towards the costs.|
|Cycle Scheme||Up to £1,000 interest-free loan to purchase a bike and equipment to travel to work.|
