From Monday 6 January to Friday 21 February 2020, the HTA will collect annual activity data from establishments in the Human Application sector. All establishments licensed to carry out activities under the Human Tissue (Quality and Safety for Human Application) Regulations 2007 must submit data relating to the activities they undertook and the tissue types they worked with between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019.
Submission of annual activity data is a requirement under the standard conditions of a HTA Human Application licence. Failure to submit data before the deadline may result in regulatory action by the HTA.
Completed annual activity data must be submitted on the HTA Portal by 5.00pm on Friday 21 February 2020.

When you can start submitting data
Designated Individuals, Persons Designated and Corporate Licence Holders can log in to use the HTA Portal to securely submit their annual activity data for 2019.
The portal form will open at 9.00am on Monday 6 January and will close at 5.00pm on Friday 21 February 2020.
