Annual activity data 2019 collection

From Monday 6 January to Friday 21 February 2020, the HTA will collect annual activity data from establishments in the Human Application sector. All establishments licensed to carry out activities under the Human Tissue (Quality and Safety for Human Application) Regulations 2007 must submit data relating to the activities they undertook and the tissue types they worked with between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2019.

Submission of annual activity data is a requirement under the standard conditions of a HTA Human Application licence. Failure to submit data before the deadline may result in regulatory action by the HTA.

Completed annual activity data must be submitted on the HTA Portal by 5.00pm on Friday 21 February 2020.

How to submit your data

Annual activity data must be submitted directly on the HTA Portal.

We strongly recommend that you read our step-by-step guidance on this year's annual activity data collection before 6 January 2020.

The guidance sets out all the questions that form this year's submission.

It is important that you enter accurate data as you will not be able to make changes once you have submitted your form. You can read our guidance by following the link below.
