The Human Tissue Authority (HTA) is the national independent regulator for organisations that remove, store and use tissue for research, medical treatment, post-mortem examination, teaching and display in public. We also give approval for organ and bone marrow donations from living people. With the interests of the public and those we regulate at the centre of our work, we aim to maintain confidence by ensuring that human tissue is used safely and ethically, with proper consent.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries and will be responsible for providing high quality and flexible administration support across our organisation with a key focus on assisting us with the delivery of our business technology function.
The successuful candidate will have effective communication skills - both written and oral - which as essential, as are excellent organisational skills, with the ability to use your own initiative. They will also have an interest in technology, along with proven experience in using PC packages, including MS Office and internet based programs. Experience of using a customer Relationship Management system is desirable.
