The HTA has a number of memoranda of understandings with other regulators to streamline the regulatory process.
On 7 January 2013 the HTA, Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) published a joint memorandum of understanding and joint working protocol which will enable inspectors from all three organisations to work together more closely and to help regulated establishments understand how we work.
