The CEO directorate is made up of the CEO, Human Resources (HR), and the Executive Assistant to the Chair, CEO and SMT.
The main aim of HR is to have a skilled and motivated staff body that are proud to work at the HTA and are committed to achieving the business objectives. Some HR high-level objectives include:
- maintaining the HTA’s positive working environment and culture, and upholding the values of the organisation;
- leading, motivating, involving and supporting colleagues to deliver excellent work;
- attracting and retaining the right people with the right skills; and
- improving expertise and supporting delivery through high-quality learning and development.
