Summary compliance reports 2008-09

The HTA has published five summary compliance reports – one for each of the sectors that we license and inspect.

The reports cover the 2008/09 business year, and provide a clear summary and update of the extent of regulatory compliance and activity in each sector. The reports are vital reading for anyone who works in the sectors regulated by us, so that lessons may be learnt and standards improved. We hope that the information and guidance provided will enable individuals to gauge the standard of their establishment compared with others in their sector and to make improvements.

This year we have also published an overview report of HTA licence applications and compliance across all the sectors. This report will be particularly useful for those people working in establishments that are carrying out licensable activities across more than one sector.
