Applications for licences should (in normal circumstances) be completed and submitted online. Before beginning an application you should ensure you have read the information below. Once you are ready to apply, first time applicants will need to request a password to access the compliance report licence application.

Return applicants should continue with their application by logging in.

What you should do before you start your online application

  • The application should take about two hours to complete. We recommend you collect all necessary information required to complete the application form before starting. Please visit the compliance report licence application page to download a copy of the compliance report and application guidance for reference.
  • The Licence Holder and Designated Individual should work as a team to fill in the application, along with other key members of staff within the establishment. You can use the downloadable copy of the compliance report to prepare answers as a team before completing the online application.
  • Please make sure you have read all the guidance, this will save you time in completing your application.

For return applicants

If you are a return applicant and wish to continue with your application, please log in.

If you have forgotten your username and password they can be emailed to you - password reminder.

For first time applicants

If you are a first time applicant you will need to request a password before you can begin your application.

If you have already requested and received a password, we recommend you take some time to read the guidance and the compliance report licence application before you start to apply. Once you are ready to start your application please log in.
