Public display guidance

The HTA has published its revised guidance on the public display of human bodies, body parts and tissue following an extensive consultation.

The guidance provides a definition of public display and supplements the HTA's licensing standards and Code of Practice on consent. Taken together, these three elements form comprehensive guidance on complying with the public display requirements of the Human Tissue Act which came into force on 1 September 2006.
